How do I change my profile name or location?

You can review your profile details and match preferences in the app. If a name or location is wrong and you cannot change it there, contact us for help.

Email Jalebi support with your login phone number including country code, the full name currently shown on your profile, and the correction you want. For a location question, tell us whether you mean your profile's home location or the places where you want to see potential matches. Those are different settings.

If you are travelling, check your discovery preferences as well; your device's current location may differ from your place of residence.
