How do location and age preferences work?

Your age and location preferences help decide which profiles Jalebi shows you. If your location preference is set to “Anywhere,” you may see people from many places.

Review your preferences in the app if you're seeing people outside the area you expected. If you are travelling, your current device location and the location on your profile may differ. The age range you set for your own browsing may not stop every person outside that range from seeing or liking you. If you want to limit who can see your profile, look at the separate Incognito option in Premium.

If the results still do not match your settings, email Jalebi support with the settings you selected and an example of what you see.
