What information remains after I delete my account?

Deleting your Jalebi account removes your profile from the app's active member experience. Some information may be retained for safety, support, legal or transaction purposes, depending on what it is and why it was collected.

For the current details, read Jalebi's Privacy Policy. If you have a question about a specific item, such as a verification selfie, support conversation, Matchmaking application, or payment record, email Jalebi support and tell us which information you mean. We can review your request and explain the applicable process.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google Play; cancel it in the store separately.
