Does deleting my account cancel Premium?
No. If you purchased Premium through Apple or Google Play, deleting your Jalebi account or removing the app does not cancel the store subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel Premium through the original store separately.
- In the App Store or Google Play, sign into the same account that bought Jalebi Premium.
- Open your Subscriptions and select Jalebi.
- Choose Cancel and follow the confirmation steps.
You generally retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period after cancelling. If an Apple charge has appeared even though you tried to cancel, see the linked refund and billing articles.
If you have already deleted your profile, you can still manage subscriptions through the purchasing Apple or Google account.
