How do I change the phone number on my account?

If you need to use a different phone number, contact Jalebi before deleting your existing account. Changing your login number may affect access to your profile, matches, messages, and Premium subscription, so we want to check your options first.

Email Jalebi support from an address you can access. Include the old number with country code, the new number with country code, and the full name on your profile. Tell us whether you can still sign in with the old number and whether you have an active subscription. Please don't send a verification code or password by email.
