What does “Internal Error 39” mean?
When you sign up or log in, you may see “An internal error has occurred, please try again (Error code: 39).”
This error usually means Google has flagged the phone number as suspicious under its security checks, which Jalebi cannot override. It has been reported more often for some country codes, including +92, +88, and +255. The error does not prove that the person who owns the phone number has done anything wrong.
We suggest waiting a few days or weeks before trying again. Alternatively, you may try a different phone number, for example a family member's, only with the owner's consent. A different number may create or access a different account, so ask support first if you are trying to recover an existing Jalebi profile.
If the error persists, email Jalebi support with the sign-in phone number (including country code), the exact error, and whether you are signing up or returning to an older account.
