Why am I not getting likes or matches?

Matches depend on compatibility, your preferences, and the activity level of people in your area. Not receiving matches does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your account.

To improve your chances of meeting people, keep your profile up to date, remain active, and consider widening your discovery preferences if you are open to broader matches. There is no guaranteed number of likes or matches.

If the app shows no profiles at all, check your Interested In selection first: choosing Everyone may prevent profiles from appearing. Select Male or Female if that issue applies to you.
