Why was I charged after cancelling Premium?

For Premium purchased through Apple's App Store, Apple controls subscription billing and refunds. A charge may appear after you attempt to cancel if the renewal was already being processed. Apple can begin processing a renewal 24–48 hours before the billing date. Apple can confirm the timing of a specific charge.

  1. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Jalebi to check whether your subscription is cancelled and its current expiration date.
  2. Review the App Store purchase record or your bank statement for the date of the charge.
  3. If you want to ask for a refund, go to Apple's Report a Problem website, sign in with the purchasing Apple account, select the Jalebi purchase, and request a refund.

Apple reviews and decides refund requests; Jalebi cannot directly reverse App Store charges. Deleting your Jalebi profile does not cancel App Store billing, so check subscriptions independently.

If the charge came through Google Play or another checkout, contact Jalebi support with the purchase platform and receipt or order reference so the appropriate process can be identified.
