How do I cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are cancelled in the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever was used to subscribe. Deleting your Jalebi profile or uninstalling the app does not cancel an app-store subscription.

On Android (Google Play):

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
2. Choose Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select Jalebi and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the prompts and look for confirmation. You can also start at Google Play's subscription help.

On iPhone or iPad (App Store):

1. Open Settings, then tap your name / Apple ID.
2. Select Subscriptions → Jalebi.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. See Apple's cancellation instructions if needed.

Check that you're using the Google or Apple account that purchased Premium if Jalebi isn't listed. After cancellation, Premium generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
